✍️ The role

We’re looking for a driven AE to help us scale by:

  • Following up and closing opportunities coming in through the SDR function and inbound leads by understanding customer pain points and positioning against Claimers value proposition
  • Identifying new business opportunities in existing accounts and key target customers
  • Being comfortable reaching out to senior stakeholders in target organisations, this will include C-Level executives and Founders
  • Accurately forecasting your pipeline for internal reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Leveraging experience as an AE to validate different growth channels, expanding upon those that work to generate new business, exceeding quotas

  • Building long lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience
  • Supplementing your pipeline with prospecting to exceed sales targets
  • Working with the internal team (including CEO and sales leadership) to continuously improve the sales process
  • Attending events to generate interest in Claimer

But for startups, who need the money the most, the process of accessing them sucks.

💪 You should apply if

  • You thrive in a startup environment! We’re in an exciting growth phase which means lot’s of change and continuous improvement
  • You have 2 - 5 years experience in a closing role and track record of exceeding targets
  • You have good knowledge of a commercial tech stack, e.g. Hubspot, Lusha, Pipedrive
  • You are excited by working with the CEO to build a sales function from the ground up, and motivated to upskill yourself as the company grows and your responsibilities increase. You will have access to courses to help learn on the job
  • You are dedicated to learning: the first few weeks are heavily training focused. Claimer will prepare you to be one of the earliest contacts for potential customers and first impressions are important
  • You have clear written and verbal communication
  • You are open to help mentor more junior colleagues that are hungry to learn and progress
  • You live in a commutable distance to Central London
